Teodoro was a long time resident of San Diego, California, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Bulacan, Philippines. A beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Teodoro was loving, caring, encouraging and supportive. He had a beautiful smile, and a generous and considerate heart. Teodoro was selfless, as he spent much of his time supporting and caring for his loved ones. Teodoro built a very comfortable and safe home. He was so proud of his family and made sure everyone knew it.
Teodoro loved watching movies, and listening to country and Christian music. He loved to read the Bible – reading it from cover-to-cover several times. He loved to spend his time with his family – outdoors, picnics, and sightseeing.
He made himself well versed in all electronics and automotive repairs. While he worked in Mayon Company in Manila, Philippines, he maintained his own humble shop as well. Later on, he also worked in Subic Naval Base in Olongapo City in Philippines as Heavy Equipment Mechanic for several years. His career peaked when he worked at McDermott Company in Saudi Arabia as Chief Foreman Diesel and Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
He made a lot of sacrifices, being away from his family and friends, to have a good earning to provide a comfortable living and good education for his children.
Teodoro is survived by his beloved wife, Remedios Roa, his 8 children and their spouses: Louie, Tessie and Cesar, Shirley and Rhey, Rose and Alvin, Francis and Zarina, Arman and Janette, Florante and Luna, Andy and Sheryll, and 27 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sons, Ernesto, Teddy Junior and Peter; and daughter, Susan, and daughter-in-law, Thelma.
We will always miss Teodoro, (“Dodong”, “Teddy”, “Dong”). He will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
