Stanley was born and raised in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga in the Philippines. He joined the United States Navy July of 1994. Over the last 28+ years of service he was able to ultimately achieve the rank of Master Chief (ABCM SW/AW. He and Jacquie met in Bremerton, Wa in 1998 then married April 16, 1999. He was a proud father to his daughter, Kiana Rae Bollinger (23) and son, Ethan James Bollinger (19). He enjoyed life to the fullest doing what he loved to do including fishing, bodyboarding, enjoying concerts, traveling and spending time with his family when he wasn't fulfilling his obligations to his country. Those who knew him well will miss his outgoing personality, sense of humor, leadership and the love he shared with the world. He is very proud of the life he created and in his last days he said, "If I could do it all over again, I would". He went peacefully and fulfilled. Although he was born 5/16/1975 and passed 2/17/2023 it is not the beginning or the end that matters it is the life he lived in between, and he lived a full life. We are truly blessed to have shared this time with him.
