Roman is survived by; brother Adonis Relieve, sister Ruby R. Seballe, sister Marcela R. Israel and brother Antonio B. Relieve.
Roman Belmonte Relieve was born on November 24, 1941 in Nabua, Cam. Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines, the first and eldest child of Antonio and Corazon Relieve. Roman also known as Romy, performed clerical work in Nabua High School before moving to the United States, living in San Diego, CA, where he worked in lab equipment production before his retirement. In his free time, Roman enjoyed traveling, road trips and sightseeing, watching movies and television, playing at the casino, and hanging out and enjoying the company of friends. Roman is survived by his brothers, Adonis B. Relieve and Antonio B. Relieve Jr, his sisters, Ruby R. Seballe and Marcela R. Israel, along with his many nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand- nephews, who all love and will miss him dearly.
