My wife and I wish to express our deep expression of sympathy and offer our condolences to the family of Bob Jones.  We were informed today of his passing and am sadden we were not aware so we could have attended to honor his life.    

Bob holds a special place in our hearts. Almost 40 years ago, he was there to receive this young family, moving to a new area with young children. He was calm, comforting and understanding as we settled down in San Diego.  

He was the utmost professional with a heart.  Although the past few years have caused separation, he left an impression and I have never forgotten how good a man he was, and an example of how a gentleman acts and treats people. A true Southern Gentleman.

My sincere condolences to Bob Jones family.  My heart is broken to hear of his passing.  I truly loved him.  He was a most remarkable and wonderful man.  Kind, generous, loving and a sense of humor like no one else.  I have fond memories of camping,  traveling and Baja races.  My family called him Uncle Bob.  Rest In peace wonderful man....thank you for all you did for the Tom McBurney family.  We will miss you forever.
