Phuong is survived by her husband, Leonard Ratcliff; her mother Hong Nguyen; her sister Linh Phabmysay, her sister Dinh Diep and her brother Phong Diep; her niece Rosalind Que, her niece Amelia Phabmysay and her nephew Aristotle Que.
