

Orlando is survived by his wife, Pilar Sevilla Arroyo; his children, Ruel, Ramil, and Randy; daughter-in-law, Carol, Emmylou, and Belinda, his granddaughter, Grace, Annalyn, Allyson, Alexa, and Sabrina; his grandson, Alex, and Niko.
Orlando was born on November 11, 1935, in Ligtong, Cavite, Philippines. He joined the U.S. Navy in Subic Bay in 1956. In 1964, he married his beautiful wife Pilar Sevilla Arroyo, a midwife from Bagbag, Rosario, Cavite. They met while she was delivering a baby. On February 16, 1965, they welcomed their son Ruel, Ramil, and Randy, May 7, 1966, and February 14, 1969, respectively.
After 22 years in the Navy, he retired in 1978 and relocated to San Diego, CA. He attended San Diego Mesa College and graduated in 1980 with an Associate Degree in Accounting. In 1981, he worked for the County of San Diego in the Revenue and Recovery Department as an Accounting Technician. After 20 years with the County, he decided to retire and devote his time to his family. He was passionate about his career and the community in which he lived and served.
Orlando was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed taking his grandkids to school, volleyball practice, and watching his grandkids play sports. He loved playing mahjong and enjoyed watching WWE wrestling and boxing.
Orlando was a generous, intelligent, and caring man who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
