First let me state that I apologize for the loss.  In my search for looking for Dr. Chawla, it seems that he was a very successful man.

The reason for me reaching out is because I believe Dr. Chawla and his wife Hardarshan Chawla own land in Phoenix, AZ.  Its 4 acres of land according to Maricopa.gov.  If you go to the website and type in parcel number 21174037R, it should all pop up.  

My first question is, do you know about this land? 
Second question is, would you be interested in selling the land?

Dear Vaani and Mandeep ji- we miss your dad and our Veerji a lot. We still believe he is physically with us and we want to visit him. He would have enjoyed seeing his grand children go to colleges and professional schools. We can not fight with nature. Take care! Param and Mona

We are blessed to have spent time with him and the family in Phoenix...where he welcomed us with open arms and holding hands...we also had the pleasure of his presence at our Wedding where he loved the dance floor
