Muoi is survived by her son Johnnie Nguyen; her daughter Marina Nguyen (Hansana Ounnarath); her daughter Julie Nguyen (Jesse Khemmanivong); her grand daughter Kaitlyn Ounnarath; her grand son Devan Khemmanivong; and her grand son Riley Khemmanivong.

A visitation for Muoi will be held Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113. A viewing will occur Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 7, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113. A witness cremation will occur Monday, October 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
