In Loving Memory I’ll always remember Michael as a friend, a mentor, and my oldest brother. He taught me so much, from how to play guitar to riding a bike. He also always inspired me to do well in school, and he helped me get through high school, which we all know is the toughest time for any teenager. Whenever I felt like saying “I give up, I’ll finish my homework tomorrow”, he encouraged me to stop, rethink, regroup, and finish it. He pushed me as a motivator in life, saying “The only thing stopping you from reaching your goals is yourself. If it is physically possible, or someone else can do it, why can’t you...” Michael was a selfless older brother, always offering the best for his younger brothers; he always made sure we were enjoying ourselves when we were out doing something fun. Michael was as smart and intelligent as much as he was creative and funny, he could literally find the humor in every situation. Loving and caring, he always listened and offered advice whenever anybody needed it. He was strong, loyal, and protective, always reminding me he was by my side during rough times. Now he remains by my side, undoubtedly, forever in my thoughts and prayers. Cameron Michael is survived by his longtime girlfriend Jennifer Tallent, parents Beverly and Dwaine Rogers, brothers Tyler and Cameron Rogers, niece Aliza Rogers, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
