Maria spent over 30 years helping missionaries at her church. She was also a housewife who loved her arts and crafts as well as cooking. She was married to the love of her life, Ynes Rodriguez, for over 50 years and together they had 11 children and more than 20 grandchildren. Her children are Gerardo Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez, Lupita Rodriguez, Pedro Rodriguez, Lauro Rodriguez, Cruz Rodriguez, Sara Rodriguez, Jesus Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez, Hector Rodriguez, and Suekay Rodriguez.
A visitation for Maria will be held Friday, October 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. A funeral service will occur Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. A graveside service will occur Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
