Ligaya Cayabyab Jones

Ligaya was a dedicated homemaker and revered as an exceptional sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She found love and comfort being surrounded by family. Her passion for cooking, sewing, gardening, and traveling gave her a sense of well being and peacefulness. She was a proud member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Church and took great joy in fulfilling her duties.

Ligaya never remarried after the death of her husband, Clifford O. Jones, who predeceased her by 27 years. She is survived by her son, Phillip A. Jones, and her three daughters, Tina Jones, Glenda J. Cornman, and Emily L. Jones; six grandchildren, Bobby Runge III, Bryan Runge, Bo Runge, Alicia Cornman, Gabriel Pichardo, and Micah Pichardo; five sisters, Erlinda Tullo, Perla Leckie, Estrella Elacion, Clarita Lugtu, Elvira Baisac; four brothers, Rodolfo Razon, Alfonso Razon Jr., Angelo Razon, and Jacobo Razon.

A visitation for Ligaya will be held Wednesday, March 29th, 2023 at 10:00 AM at El Camino Memorial Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121. A funeral service and graveside service will follow the visitation at 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM, respectively at El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego CA 92121.
