Leanna Harmony Wadsworth

Leanna Harmony Wadsworth, age 4, of San Diego, California passed away peacefully in her parents' arms surrounded by her loved ones on July 28, 2010 at Rady’s Children’s Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of San Diego, California. She was born on November 27, 2005 in Yokosuka, Japan to her parents, Christopher and Rea. Leanna was the youngest of two. She attended preschool at Alcott Elementary. She enjoyed bubbles, balloons, and people. Leanna will be remembered by her loving family and the many doctors and nurses that cared for her. She is survived by her parents; her sister, Irish Baybin; her grandparents Dave and Patty Wadsworth of Fallon, Diosdado and Angelina Cunanan of Pampanga, Philippines, great-grandfather Joe Munoz of Fallon and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing for Leanna from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Greenwood Mortuary 4300 Imperial Avenue San Diego, California and a funeral service for Leanna at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Chapel on Coronado Island Naval Amphibious Base. A Memorial Service will be held August 16, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church in Fallon, Nevada with Interment following in Churchill County Cementery.
