With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, husband, and friend, Jose Naputi, who peacefully passed away at the age of 86. Born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam, Jose was a true reflection of the island’s spirit—kind, generous, and full of life.
Jose was a man of few words, and his quiet demeanor held a world of wisdom. A calm, observant soul, he had an innate ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. He carried with him a generous spirit that extended to everyone he met. His kindness knew no bounds, and his inclusive nature made him the heart of every gathering.
He was the life of the party and always ensured that joy and laughter filled the air. Whether it was a simple conversation or a grand celebration, Jose always wished happy days for everyone around him, sharing in the joys of life with a warm heart.

His unwavering belief in the goodness of life and the power of love was evident in everything he did, especially in his role as a father, friend, and brother.
To his siblings, Jose was a steady and loving presence—a natural leader, role model, and caregiver whose strength and support shaped their lives in countless ways.
Jose’s service to his country in the United States Navy for 23 years speaks to his strong sense of duty and commitment. Throughout his military career, he exemplified the values of honor and service, leaving a legacy of pride that extends to his family and his island home.
