John represented all that was the best as an attorney and in the Worker's Compensation Industry - He was nicest person who always greeted one with a smile and kind words - His positive energy will live on -

Dear Mullen family,

It was with great sadness that I learned of John's passing.  John and I had numerous conversations when he appeared in front of me at the WCAB.  I found John to be the kindest of men who represented his clients with dignity and respect.  He always had words of wisdom for me in our many conversations and I truly respected his advice and counsel.  He was a great man and will be missed by the WC community.   My prayers are with you. I will have a Mass said for him.
