When I would see Johnny from time to time he always asked how my dad was doing. He always  asked how I was doing and my family, and greeted me with a hug and smiles. I will miss that. Much love and caring thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. 

Johnny, I was very sad to hear of your passing. We have know each other since we were kids. You are family and it was always nice to see you & your kids. You were such a good Dad and so proud of Eva & Lil Johnny. You were always so sweet and respectful, always asked how the family was , you had a kind heart and soul. You will be missed by many.

Johnnie, to say that life has changed is an understatement. Each day a thought will come into mind to call you or "why hasn't he called". Those are the moments that I realize my life has changed for ever. You have always been a huge impact on my life for many different reasons brother but today the greatest impact you have is a deep since of loss and saddens. I take comfort in knowing your battle is over and you've won the victory. Say "Hi" to Mom and Dad and Nana.. and one day I'll join you all.

Johnny, I will miss your sweet presence. Always nice and kind to me. I will miss you saying, “Man whats up Patricia!” I know you were special to so many people. I called you John Boy Because you were more like a Brother to me than a Cousin!! , I’m going to miss our visits !! Johnny was such a caring person. He made sure to come to every celebration and greeted everyone with a smile and a hug. I will always remember how he would ask about me and the kids. He genuinely cared and loved his family. We will miss those smiles and hugs. 

John and I were roommate's .We became good friends .I am devastated to hear this.He was definitely one of the good guys .He helped me so much so kind, always there for me...I can't believe you aren't going to text me anymore.Rest In Peace My Friend 🙏🙏

One of my memories of Johnny is from the times he would come to my house in El Cajon to visit with us or just to visit with my mom. Whenever he would come over Sienna, my Pekingese, would bark from the moment he got there. There was something about the tone of his voice and with him wearing a baseball cap when he came over.  My mom would have to put her in the bedroom until he left. She barked the entire time. We would have to take her out of the room to show her that he was gone before she would stop.  I always wondered if he did something like bark back at her and it traumatized her.  LOL.  Missing you Johnny. I still can't believe that you are not here with us. <3
