Jan passed away peacefully December 13, 2012 at Kaiser (Zion) Hospital. At her bedside were husband Gene, Daughters, Cheryl (Watson ville), Pamela (Oregon) and son Brian of San Diego.
Jan was a retired teacher of the National School District. She was active in the California Retired Teachers Association (CRTA)
She was proud of her service in the Marines (USMC) and continued her passion with Women Marine Association.
Jan is survived by her Husband, three children, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She obtained her Masters from San Diego State.
She was born in Worchester Massachusetts.
