Dina Lynn Schroeder

Dina Lynn Schroeder, Died peacefully on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at her home in Santee, CA. Dina was born on January 19, 1959 in El Paso, TX. The Daughter of Donald H. Blasingame and Freida M. Blasingame. Her family moved to San Diego when she was two years old. As a child, she enjoyed off-roading with her family and horseback riding. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1977. She married the late Micheal D. Schroeder in May of 1978, and they had one son Marcus S. Schroeder in July 19, 1978. In 1992, she decided to pursue a career in the medical field as a nurse. She received her Associates Degree, graduated the nursing program, and became a Registered Nurse. She worked at Alvarado Hospital and Sharps Grossmont Hospital in the Cardiology and Intensive Care Unit until 2011. She married John E. McCambridge in August 2, 2003. Dina loved spending time with family and friends, dancing, traveling, wind surfing, camping, shooting, shopping, and gambling. But nothing filled her heart with more joy than spending time with her grandchildren Braden and Brooklyn Schroeder. Dina is survived by her son Marcus S. Schroeder, husband John E. McCambridge, father Donald H. Blasingame, brother Donald H. Ilsley, her grandchildren Braden and Brooklyn, and the many other loving family members.
