Concepcion M. Flores "Connie"

Concepción "Connie" Flores SAN DIEGO--- A much loved mother of four and "Nana", Concepcion Flores, 87 passed away on January 16, 2014. Present were her 2 sons and daughter, Eddie, George, Aida and grand kids. Other close family members and friends were also present. Concepcion was born May 30, 1926 in La Paz, Baja California. She eventually moved to Tijuana where she worked as a nurse, married and moved to San Diego where she spent the last 60+ years. Over those years, she raised a family of four. Nana is also survived by seven grandchildren, Marlene, Santy, Patty, Eddie, Crystal, Alan and Alfred. Some of her hobbies included antiquing and doll collecting; her favorite dolls were of Ricky Ricardo and Shirley Temple. A memorial service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park on Saturday, February 1, at 12:00 p.m. (Salli Lynn Chapel).
