Chase was born in San Diego, California and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.
He graduated from Crowley High School in Fort Worth and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Texas Southern University in Houston Texas.
Chase, a constant achiever, had a lifelong professional goal to own his own business.
He is survived by his parents Charles & Cynthia Smith, and brother Charles RYAN Smith.
