Mr. Barry Robert Fink, 40, of Chula Vista, CA; formerly of Covel, WV, was called home by our Lord on Thursday, April 20, 2017. Born January 9, 1977 in Beckley, WV, the son of Bruce and Brenda Fink, Chula Vista, CA.
Barry, a graduate of Bonita Vista High School, Chula Vista, CA, continued his studies at Southwestern College and San Diego State University gaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing. Barry was a Sales Executive for The Star News in Chula Vista, CA.
His Life’s Moto was “Hail to the Redskins”, Barry was an adamant, dedicated, and #1 Washington Redskins Fan.
Barry was a devoted dad, son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and a friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Hershel “Satch” Fink and grandmother Pearl Fink; his grandfather Bert McKinney and grandmother Elvia McKinney; aunt Diane Kelly and uncle Joe Kelly; uncle Wilbert Martin and uncle Ray Gray.
Survivors include: Daughter Autumn Fink, Father Bruce Fink and Mother Brenda Fink; Sister Andrea Fink and Anthony; Brother Timothy Fink and wife Jocelyn; Niece Kristina Powell and husband Chris Powell; Nephew Christian Fink, Great-nephew Christopher Powell Jr. “Junior”; Step-niece Alexis Spaise, Aunts Rema Martin and Janet Gray, Uncle Jeff, and many cousins.
California Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm; El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121.
West Virginia Visitation will be held Saturday, April 29th, 2017 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm; Roselawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 450 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV 24740.
Barry will be laid to rest Sunday, April 30th, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Services will be officiated by Pastor Marvin Mills at Roselawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
