Andre Charles Elliott, age 37, dedicated and loving father of two, charming and witty husband to Victoria Elliott, was called home to join the heavenly host after battling with a terminal illness. On July 26, 2023, Andre received his final orders while on limited duty at UCSD La Jolla, to leave his physical presence and take his post as a part of the guard that stands watch, faithfully awaiting to be reunited with his family and friends.
Andre was born September 7, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Charles E. Elliott and Sallie L Hill. He graduated from Greenville High School in Greenville, Georgia and subsequently joined the United States Navy. During his service he supported Operations Inherent Resolve and Enduring Freedom. While serving the nation proudly, he achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer, graduated a prestigious Military ELINT Signal Analyst Program (MESAP) Internship, earned several awards and warfare designators, and obtained an associate degree in general studies.
In 2009, while attending MESAP, Andre met his wife Victoria in Denver, Co. It quickly became apparent they found something special in one another and their love blossomed. Andre and Victoria became inseparable and took the sacred vow of marriage to become one. Andre enjoyed snowboarding, one-wheeling, karaoke, dancing, and playing video games. He could fill any space with laughter and joy and was often the jokester in the room. He fiercely loved his family and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria S. Elliott, his two sons, Matthias A. Elliott and Warrick L. Elliott, his father, Charles E. Elliott and his mother, Sallie L. Hill. The viewing will be held 08 August 2023 from 4:00-8:00pm, El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service. Memorial Service will commence 09 August 2023 at 2:00pm, Memorial National Cemetery.
