It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Cabral, a beloved man who was born on September 7, 1943, in San Luis Obispo, California. He served in the National Army Reserves from 1962 to 1968. He then settled in San Bernardino County where he worked at Union Pacific Railroad. He later met Ramona, the love of his life, the two shared 22 years of marriage.
Bill was known for his strong work ethic and his dedication to all that he did. He enjoyed football and basketball and was a huge 49er fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Bill's most significant legacy is the love and devotion he had for his family. He is survived by his brother Henry, daughter Christina and her husband Cris, his grandchildren Ricardo, Carolyn, Correna, Ashley, and Robbie, and great granddaughter Alyssa. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews who will forever cherish his memory.
Surrounded by his loved ones, Bill peacefully passed and returned to his heavenly home on February 4, 2024. Although he is no longer with us in person, his spirit lives on in the hearts of all those who knew him. He will be deeply missed. Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ramona and parents, Emma and William, whose legacies he honored throughout his life.
