Richard Glenn Perkins was born in North Carolina on April 5, 1935 to Johnny and Ethel Perkins.
He leaves to cherish his loving wife Hazel M. Perkins; daughter, Regina I Waugh; son Hayward D. Duncan, Jr. (Janet); son Keith D. Richard-Duncan (Shay); daughter Melissa R. Duncan; daughter Maghan Duncan; son Demetrius Duncan; daughter Samantha E. Duncan and son Keijon D. Duncan. Richard's thoughtfulness, loving, beautiful spirit will be greatly missed, but never forgotten as his memories will live on in those lives he touched along the way. A viewing will be held Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Mt. View Mortuary from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral service will be held Friday, July 20, 2012 at 9:00am at Mt. View Mortuary with interment to follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:45am.
