PHYLLIS W. ROE Age 91, a resident of San Bernardino for 54 years, passed away on October 4, 2010, at home. She was born in Souix Falls, S.D. She was a Pacific Bell Long Distance Operator for 27 years. She enjoyed ceramics, church, and being a Grandma, and was a member of Lutheran Church of the Cross in Rialto, CA. She is survived by her children, Fern Alexander, Jim Roe and Carol Campbell; grandchildren, Steve Castor, Kenny Castor, Mark Castor, Joey Castor, Becky Case, Greg Roe, Victoria Hesch, Suzanne Billdt and Angela Rivers; 16 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
