With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lenny Ray Jimenez, who left us peacefully on April 5, 2025, at the age of 65. Born and raised in San Bernardino, California, Lenny lived a life built on hard work, deep-rooted values, and an unwavering devotion to family and friends.
Lenny was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sylvia Jimenez; his loving parents, Lito and Gloria Jimenez; and his cherished granddaughter, Kaylee Jimenez.
He is survived by his loving and faithful wife, Sherrill Jimenez; his sons, Lido and Cynthia Jimenez, Eric and Sara Jimenez, Sonny and Cassandra Jimenez, Joe Flores and Faleshia, Eliqio and Sonia Cruz; and his daughter, Angelica Flores. He also leaves behind 14 adored grandchildren who brought him endless pride and joy.
Lenny is also survived by his siblings, Kenny and Denise Jimenez, Richie and Bernie Jimenez, Lorraine and Xavier Aponte, Gary and Raquel Jimenez, and Rachel and Johnny Rojas, along with many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Lenny was a skilled and dedicated certified welder, known not only for his craftsmanship but for his pride in his trade and strong work ethic. Over the years, his hands built and repaired more than just steel — they built a life filled with love, friendship, and lasting memories.
He found true happiness in the great outdoors, enjoying fishing, shooting, camping, the river and beach trips, and most especially coaching his sons and mentoring young players on the baseball field. Lenny believed in teaching more than just the game — he taught life, heart, and teamwork.
Whether through quiet acts of care or his signature smile that could light up any room, Lenny touched the lives of all who knew him. His legacy of strength, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

will be held on Monday, May 5th, 2025
at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery
570 East Highland Avenue, San Bernardino, CA.
