Kathy was a delightful sister in law.  She loved to call and just chat and would catch me up on all the news of family and friends in Southern California.  I am sitting here looking at the cute Christmas pillow she made for us just two Christmases ago.  It is so hard to believe that she is gone.  Our wild and crazy girls' weekend (Teri, Kathy and me) of scrapbooking and eating Chinese food will always be a fond memory.  We laughed so much that weekend.  My prayers continue for my brother, Gary, and my sweet Lisa, and Michael.

Just to say my love for Kathy is very TRUE just as she was. I will miss her forever she was a big part of my life, as well as my children's life. I will always be grateful to Gary for bringing Kathy into my life, we had so many conversations on the phone about our kids and the troubles of the world. when we went to lunch or shopping it was so enjoyable. As everyone is aware of my last 4 years have been awful but everytime I needed her no matter the time she was there and always had me in her prayers. I Thank-You Kathy for all our time together from VACATIONS to the day her and Gary married which was special as it was my MOM'S BD. Love you!

To the family & friends of our dear Kathy Egan. She was a beautiful lady,pure heart,good soul and a big warm smile for everyone. Full of love for her family and friends,a kind word for everyone,so easy,comfortable and fun to be around. I will miss you so much. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family & friends who are hurting and sadden by her long painful illness & her death. I know there are so many of you,as Kathy was a ray of light,a blessing to each life she touched we really needed her. Thank you for all the love, kindness,laughs,hugs and fun.Be at peace in our Lord's Kingdom.

Kay and I went all through school together. She was the friendliest, craziest, most fun friend that you could ask for. She would come to my house to play the player piano and eat at the Foster's Freeze when we were in Jr. High. In High school, she was everyone's friend and we had so much fun in classes together. I have so many great memories in my head and heart. We talked on the phone in recent years and met at our old friends services. I would call Kay an unforgettable character, who was truly "one of a kind". I feel very lucky to have known her. Love and prayers to all her friends and family!   Susan Donnelly Burdette

We will definitely miss Kathy..I can still hear her yell "MIIIICCCHAELL!!!!" when it was time for us kids to come inside. The neighborhood isnt the same without her. I am greatful to have known her, and thankful for her friendship. Lisa, Gary, and Mike, we are praying for you during this time.
