Was born in San Bernardino, California on September 3, 1923 and passed away on March 28, 2013.
He was a Radio Operator in the Army Air Corps (Airborne Troop Carrier) and served in Europe during World War II.
He attended schools in San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles.
He was a member of CSEA and the Quarter Century Club; the YMCA and the American Legion Post 422 in Rialto. He liked sports and his favorite game was Handball.
He was a member of the Holy Name Society.
Viewing will be Sunday, April 7, 2013 from 5-8pm at Mt. View Mortuary. Services will be held at St. Joseph and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 1090 W. Laurel St. in Colton, California on April 8, 2013 at 10am. Interment will be at Montecito Memorial Park.
Juan is preceded in death by his eldest son, John Ramirez. He is survived by his family; Diana Gonzalez, Margaret Glover, Elizabeth McKay, Anna Maria Ramirez and Thomas Ramirez.
