Jacob French Flores

Jacob was a shining light in the lives of all that knew him. A graduate of Redlands High School, Class of 2009. Life after high school found him spending his free time as a volunteer, often for the family church on weekends. Known for his loving and caring nature.

Jacob’s first priority was always his family and friends. A caregiver by nature, he could always be seen at his mother's side. Assisting with the care and upbring of his nieces and nephews. As loyal as they come with a pure and genuine heart.

His other well known love was for animals; whether it be frogs, birds, lizards or dogs. He was a fun spirited soul that found comfort and peace in nature and using it to express himself. From being the first in the water catching waves at the beach to first in the group to climb up a tree.

Growing up Jacob played baseball and enjoyed watching football. However, his greatest joy was anything and everything Halloween. You knew at Halloween you could find him ready and in the spirit. His kindness and compassion was evident in all those around him.

He will be forever missed by his parents Ms. Marie Lepe and Mr. Robert Flores. Brothers Mr. Oscar David Vidaurri Jr. and Mr. Victor Vidaurri. Sisters Mrs. Darlene(Thomas) Medina, Mrs. Valerie(Rudy) Gutierrez & Ms. Roberta Flores. Along with his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jacob is preceded by his grandparents Frances and Ramon. Uncles Richard, Arthur, Eddie along with Aunts Rosie and Josephine.

A visitation for Jacob will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. A committal service will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. A memorial reception will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Redlands Community Center, 111 W Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374.
