Frank was born to the parents of Manuel and Antonia Flethez. Frank has four sisters, Rose, Emma
Anna and Susie and one brother Manuel. Through his life he had three children, Melissa, Frank Jr. and Jasmine.
Frank then Married his wife of 18 years Leticia, he then gained 4 of her children Sergio, Mauricio, Irene and Sara. Together they had
twelve grandchildren, Sabrina, Anthony, Elias, Charisma, Tyler, Jordan, Jordan G., Alyse, Michael Jr.,
Kaiya, Mauricio Jr., NikkiJolene, and a Great Grand daughter Ariel. Frank retired from the county as a Heavy
equipment operator which he worked for many years. He also retired from the city of San Bernardino. Frank enjoyed gardening
which he took so much pride in, Throughout the years one of his favorite things to do was decorate the house for the holidays,
cook as many meals as he was able to, to make sure he fed everyone he could, but his biggest passion in his life was being a part
of the E Street Cruisers. His passion for cars only grew when he bought the ugliest car around the 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo, but little
did everyone know he had plans for the car, it became his project car, which turned into the most beautiful red (his favorite color) 1972
Chevy Monte Carlo, his vision came to life in that car. The reason he was so passionate about the E Street Cruiser wasn't just because
of the cars it was because through the group he was able to give back to the community he grew up in, whether it was giving kids toys
around christmas, or raising money for someone in need, he fell in love. When he became ill, he had to find a new passion in life
and believe it or not he fell in love with online games, he spent a lot of time playing them and made sure everyone around him knew it by
sending them notifications and making sure they sent him coins to keep playing, if they didnt he made sure that Leticia would buy him
some so he could keep playing his games. Frank had great joy throughout his life, spending time with all of his family members, having
gatherings, and eating all the foods he wasnt supposed to. Leticia was always an accomplice in that by sneaking burritos to him while he was
in the hospital. One of the best parts about Frank was his kind and giving heart, he always put others first no matter what situatuion he was in
he made sure to fix everyone else's situations before his own. Part of the reason he was such a good man was his love for Jesus, before he
got to sick he would go to church with his family and have breakfast after, this was one of his favorite things to do on a Sunday, when he was to
ill to go to church he made sure Leticia would record the Catholic mass for him which he watched faithfully. We would like to ask everyone if you could please wear some sort of red in his
honor one of his favorite's was ladies with red lips, another example men could wear a red tie, we believe he would love to see a little
red spice at his celebration of his life.
