Rosalinda "Rosey" Abrego Martinez

Rosey attended Los Fresnos High School and went on to earn her cosmetology license at the University of Cosmetology Arts and Science (UCAS) in Harlingen. She was a full time hair stylist.

Rosey was a dedicated mother to four beautiful children - Rosalee, Vincell, Rose and Vincent - which she cherished and adored. Besides her role as a mother, she got to fulfil her role as a grandmother to Raiden Ramirez.

Rosey loved to be out in nature exploring ever since she was small. Her dream was to travel and see the snow with her family. Her favorite birds were cardinals and hummingbirds. Rosey had a very contagious smile and life that made everyone's heart fill with joy.

Rosey is survived by her daughter Rosalee Martinez; her son Vince Martinez II; her daughter Rose Martinez; and her son Vincent Martinez; her mother Eva Abrego; her sister Elizabeth Torres, her brother Antonio Abrego Jr. and her brother Ismael Reyes.

Rosey was preceded in death by her father Antonio Abrego Sr..

A Visitation for Rosalinda will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta, 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM, followed by a burial at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
