Maria C Gonzales

Maria is survived by her husband Santiago Gonzales, Jr. and her children, David Gonzales (Nohemi B Sanchez); Diana G Segura (Felix Segura, Jr); Nelda Longoria (Robert Longoria); Mary I Gonzales; and Santiago Gonzales, III (Wayne Vossberg).

She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

Maria was preceded in death by her infant son Robert Gonzales; her father Juan Cisneros and her mother Liboria Munoz; her grandchild Melissa Segura; her brothers Jose Cisneros; Roberto Cisneros; Ezequiel Cisneros; Juan Cisneros; Miguel Cisneros and her sister Isabel Contreras.

Maria was happily married to her husband, Santiago, for 70 years. She was a nurturing and protective mother and grandmother. Her family will greatly miss her quick witt and amazing cooking. For many years, Maria worked at Dolly Vinsant Hospital in San Benito as a Nurse's Aide.

A Visitation for Maria will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta, 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586 with a Rosary to be recited at 1:00 PM. A Chapel Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM with burial to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
