Vivan Marie Denham, went into eternal rest on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the age of 52 under the care Vitas Hospice. Vivian was born on January 26, 1968 in San Antonio, Texas to Rodolfo & Bertha Gaitan.
Vivian was a very hard working woman she had a long career in healthcare working as a nurse at Methodist Hospital. On top of being the #1 mom and meemaw in the world. She loved going hunting & fishing with her husband, spoiling her dogs and most of all doting on her precious grandchildren. When she was spending time at home she enjoyed reading about ancient history, crocheting, and gardening.
Vivian is survived by her loving husband Dennis Denham, her daughter Vanessa Mitchell & son in law John Mitchell, son Nolan Denham & daughter in law Megan. Her beautiful grandchildren Lily & Benjamin Mitchell. Her mother Bertha Gaitan, sisters Cindy and Norma, and her brother Joseph Gaitan. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends all to cherish the memories they created with her.
Vivian was preceded in death by her father Rodolfo Gaitan Sr. and her brother Rudy Gaitan.
A visitation for Vivian will be held Monday November 16, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, with a rosary at 7:00 PM. Her funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 10:30 AM at St. Brigid Catholic Church, followed by a committal service at Resurrection Cemetery at 2:00 PM .
