She was married to Alberto P. Valdez for 59 years. Valentina had a passion for cheering and supporting her Children and Grandchildren in there extracurricular endeavors and spending time with her Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Husband, Alberto P. Valdez; Son, Eric M. Valdez; Parents, Ramon and Andrea Trevino; Siblings, (Twin Sister) Virginia Trevino, Reynaldo Trevino, Roman Trevino.

She is survived by Daughter, Laura A. Alvarez (John "Tony"); Son, Albert A. Valdez (Ronald P. Baker); Son, Adrian C. Valdez; Daughter, Carolyn G. Valdez; Grandchildren: Jonathan M. Valdez, Isiaha J.V. Garcia, Mika S. Valdez, Drianna C. Valdez, Mireya A. Valdez, Isis J.V Garcia, Jasleen A. Valdez; Great Grandchildren: Hunter Valdez, Liam L. Tomlinson, Averie Villarreal-Garcia. Siblings, Amanda T. Valdez, Josie T. Ledesma, Robert Trevino, Virginia Trevino, Ramon Trevino, Roger Trevino.

Family will be receiving guest for a visitation on Monday, July, 26th, at 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237. With the Rosary starting at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday July, 27th, at 1:00 PM at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, 1147 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226. Followed by a committal service at 2:30 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209
