Thomas "Vince" Vincent Gay

Thomas Vincent Gay, beloved husband and known to friends and family as “Vince”, passed away on May 25, with his wife at his side. He was born in 1953, to the late Thomas Malcome Gay and Val Jean Schmidt.

Vince enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid music lover from classical to jazz, read mysteries and Shakespeare, and viewed our celestial heavens. He worked in various areas throughout his life, including oil fields and hazardous chemical inspector; he managed a research lab in the area of biological sciences, and IT server support.

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Malcome Gay.

He is survived by his wife, Laurie; daughter, Kimberly; step-daughter, Gabrielle and husband Eric Puckett; his mother, Val Jean; his brother, Mark; daughter, Lauren Geiger; and four grandchildren.
