Sylvia Gamez Cabrera, born on November 10, 1954 in San Antonio,TX was called to be with The Lord on May 16, 2023 at the age of 68.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Concepcion and Ofelia Gamez; 1 sister and 3 brothers; granddaughter, Samantha Celeste Medina.

She is survived by her husband, Alfredo Cabrera Soto; children, Felix Medina, Jesse Medina (Ashley Calzada), Sylvia Crystal Medina (Kelly Diggs) and Valentin Medina; grandchildren, Jasmine Diggs, Nathan Medina, Michael Levitt, Brandon Diggs, Serenity Calzada Medina, Ellena Medina, Celeste Medina Diggs, Matteo Medina Diggs, Sebastian Medina Diggs and Jesse Medina Jr.; 2 brothers; also, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 followed by a Memorial Service to be conducted at 7:00 p.m.

Services will conclude in the chapel.
