Seung Joo Rho was born in Hemheung, Korea on December 1, 1936 to Seung-Ho and Ka Rho, and passed away on April 9, 2014 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 77. He is survived by his Wife, Soo-Ja Rho; daughter, Elizabeth Rho-Ng and husband, Hawlan of Saudi Arabia; son, Steven Rho of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Mira and Biwon Ng of Saudi Arabia. Visitation will be at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014 with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
