She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years Frank Luna; her parents Ernest and Carmen Davila; siblings: Jessica LaBoy (Dennis), Lorraine Davila; Nephews: Dennis LaBoy, Michael LaBoy; numerous extended Luna and Davila family members and friends.
Selma was a strong woman of faith. She was free spirit at heart and could light up any room with her radiant smile. She was a jokester and kept the fun in any situation. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education at University of the Incarnate Word in 2007. She worked for Northside Independent School District for 21 years where towards the end she was a teacher for 10 years at Ed Cody Elementary School. Selma was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend she will be greatly missed.
A visitation for Selma will take place on Sunday, April 17, 2022 from 6pm-9pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home with a rosary at 7pm. A Funeral mass will take place on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 10am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi Marian.
