To my beautiful mommy,
      I will never forget the unfiltered love and affection you have given me my whole life. From all the times I hurt myself and got stitches as a kid. To now as a grown man who came home and got recipes of food that you cooked just for us!! I will love you always and forever.

Roman,  Nancy and I will always remember the great times we spent with Sara and you.  Enjoyed the happiness she expressed when cooking, admired her love of family, and her unselfishness of her time to others when they were in need.  She showed her kindness to Nancy and I when we needed friendship the most.  Sara will always be in our heart and mind, missing her. God bless you and family during this unfortunate loss.

Roman we're all sadden by this tragic  lost. Sara was such a beautiful Lady that will be truly missed. Especially at our get together at Sam's. She would always correct us when it came to sports. Never met a lady that knew everything about players. If we had a question on a certain player we would ask Sara and she would set us straight. We Love you and may you rest in peace.

My sister Sara was an amazing wife, mother, grammy, aunt and sister.  Once her and Roman came back to San Antonio we as sisters got closer and all sisters were together again.  I know she's happy and pain free and was greeted with open arms by our good Lord and daddy.  She will be greatly missed by all of us but will live forever in our hearts.  Love and miss you sissy till we meet again!!

My sweet dear sister was one of the kindest persons you could ever meet. I know Roman had a lot of young Marine friends who Sara welcomed to their home with open arms.  I think she was like a surrogate mother to these young men who I am sure appreciated her kindness since they were away from their families. That was the type of person my sister was.  I will truly miss you but I know you are in a better place and you are no longer suffering. Until we meet again.  Love you always and forever.

I remember when we came down and visited 8 years ago with Logan and Josh.  How well we came to know each other again.  You earned your wings through one of the toughest times of your life.  We love you Tia Sara, and will never forget the love that you and Roman had shared between each other and for family.

I fondly remember meeting Sara when I worked at Camp Pendleton back in the 90's.  She was always so beautiful, positive and kind and she brought a sparkle to Top's eye every time she came around or accompanied him to a USMC ball.  She was clearly the rock of thof family and I'm so sad that she's been taken from you all.  God Bless you all, Memory Eternal & Semper Fi - Terry and Family. 

I knew this day would come but I never dreamed it would come so soon.   Sara was a wonderful sister, wife, mom and Grammy.  We grew up poor but very rich in love. When she married Roman and they started a family, they were her whole world. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for them and once her children grew up, she turned to her grand babies and great nieces to spoil. She was a dear friend and my loving sister that will be missed more than I can say.  I know she’s pain free now and was greeted by our daddy when she reached the gates of heaven with open arms. I asked Sara if she was scared and said no, she was ready and daddy told her he had a place waiting for her. Until we meet again sissy, I’ll forever miss you but will never forget you. Roman,  Sara was such a mild and gentle person, she was so nice during our years in high school.  As we know there comes in the life of every person a time when we all will see the Glory of God.   I feel Sara was prepared for the judgement, and her destiny is with God.  I know Sara went to sleep with the sweet assurance that when the awakening comes she will be pronounced worthy of His glorious heaven by the Lord above who has furnished Sara with the means of salvation.   I will always hold Sara's friendship deep in my heart, knowing that I too will see her again in heavenly paradise.

Our prayers go out to Roman and all of Sara’s family.  I had the pleasure of knowing Sara during  high school and the first thing I noticed was her smile and how she greeted everyone with a big smile.  Years later when we reconnected for our class reunions we were all so happy to have that smile greeting us again.  Sara will be dearly missed by all those who were so blessed to know her.

I loved that we ( our classmates) were able to reconnect with you after much searching. I think we called every Urias family in San Antonio for several years. Sara, your death has really hit me hard. What I'm feeling now is hard to put into words. I have lost a long time school mate and friend. I will miss your smile and your laugh, recalling old times, especially our BSA get together at the coast, remembering all of us " howling at the moon". Our thoughts & prayers, have been with since Tony & I first learned of Tia Sara's illness and more so now! I'm sorry to be meeting you & family under these circumstances. However from the stories I've heard i truely wish i could have met what seems to me an amazingly wonderful caring & loyal wife & mother, who im told had the biggest heart filled with love and understanding for her family & others! If i were to say she was one of a kind feels like an understatement to the extrtotadinary woman & blessing to have the privilege of knowing her! I wish i could have been blessed enough to meet her personally but she still lives on in the hearts of you, your childern, grandchildren and family even though she is watching from above! If theres anything Tony or I can do besides continued prayers now and in future please reach out. It kinda goes without saying you have one of the most amazing families ive have the privilege of getting to know and brother Paw Paw Gabe to lean on. He has showed me more understanding and feeling as if i belong and fit in than i ever could have hoped for and i believe he learned by example from you on being that kinda man!

I feel extremely blessed to have met Sara as freshmen in high school.  She was a friend to all and she never had an unkind word about anyone.  My fondest memory of Sara is of her in her band uniform - she was quite the musician.  She has left a legacy of love for her husband, family and friends.  My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to you, Roman, and your family. I know she leaves a huge hole in your heart.  Your legacy, in part, will be the loving way you cared for your Sara during her illness.
