Samuel C. Patterson Jr. age 75, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on January 12, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, S. Cason and Regina Patterson, and his wife Peggy Patterson. Samuel was an Air Force veteran and later worked many years for Baker Hughes. He is survived by his brothers-in-law, James Blaise, John Blaise and his wife Maria; nieces, Diana Schulz and Jennifer Cabrera and her husband Daniel; great-niece, Alyssa Cabrera and numerous cousins. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd 78238 on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at St. Anthony Claret Catholic Church, 6150 Roft Road, San Antonio, Texas 78253. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
