Rudolph Moczygemba Sr., beloved husband, father and grandfather, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at the age of 82. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, to parents John and Margaret Moczygemba, on November 27, 1929. Rudolph will always be remembered for his dedication to his loved ones and his friendly and loving nature, and he will be deeply missed. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Valerie Ann Moczygemba; and numerous siblings. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Maria Moczygemba; children, William Moczygemba, Jeffrey Moczygemba, John Moczygemba, Ann Cho, Rudolph Moczygemba Jr, Lisa Armstrong, and Laura Valdes; 20 grandchildren; sisters, Lily Currier and Sophia Barrera; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Hwy., on Sunday, September 23, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart the Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers Chapel the following morning, Monday, September 24, 2012, at 11:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter, Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church, 111 Barilla Place, at 12:00 Noon.
