Ruben L. Rivas born September 7, 1956 in San Marcos, Texas went to be with our Lord on June 10, 2017, at the age of 60. He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel G. Rivas and nephew Macario Yanez, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Bernarda Rivas, sisters, Elizabeth Hernandez and Mary Jane Yanez (Macario, Sr.), brother, Manuel Rivas III (Hope) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with Interment to follow at San Fernando II Cemetery.
