Roman Gabriel Garcia

Roman Gabriel Garcia passed away on August 11, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. Roman was born on January 23, 1971 in San Antonio, TX to his parents Francisco and Angie Garcia. Roman was a life-long sports fan; he loved playing and coaching softball and baseball. He was a proud alumnus of John. F Kennedy and Southwest Texas University. He played darts and was a faithful Peyton Manning fan. Roman carried on a successful career of over 20 years with San Antonio Shoe. He will be truly missed. Roman is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mo and Po Casarez, and Justo and Carolina Garcia. Loved ones surviving to cherish his memory are his parents, Francisco and Angie Garcia, his beloved wife, Alma, his daughter Cianna, his step-children, Gabriel, Marcos and Celia, his grandson, Elijah, his sister Michelle Pierce, and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Bridgette, Clarissa, Ashley and Rachel. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Road. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 18 at St. John Berchman’s Church, 1147 Cupples Road. Committal Service will follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
