Roland V. Garcia

Roland found joy in wood working and yard work. If he couldn’t be found doing those hobbies, he was probably at a car show or cruising in his red 1981 C3 Corvette, that which he was most proud of.

Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro G. Garcia and Josephine Varela; along with his first wife, Carolyn Garcia.

Roland is survived by his son Roland Curtis Garcia; sisters, Margaret G. Solis (Gilbert) and Mary G. Christie; brothers, Richard V. Garcia (Linda), Gilbert V. Garcia (Annie), and Anthony V. Garcia; his nieces and nephews; and numerous family and friends that will miss Roland deeply.

A visitation for Roland will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A Mass will occur Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM, 7990 Military Dr. W., San Antonio, Texas 78227. An interment will occur Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
