Roger Clovis Rivard, age 82, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 30, 1933 in Providence, Rhode Island to Pete and Nora Rivard. He is survived by his son, Michael Rivard and other loving family.
Graveside services will take place at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015 with full military honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
