Rodolfo R. Regalado

He was a beloved Jesus follower, husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Rudy was born on August 3rd, 1940 in San Antonio, where he spent his formative years. He went on to attend Fox Tech High School in San Antonio and worked for the North East ISD in San Antonio in campus maintenance and as a warehouseman for the same district.

Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others.

But more than anything, Rudy was a devoted Jesus follower, husband, and father. He loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, maintaining his home, yard, and serving at his church.

He was always there to offer assistance; no matter the challenge, he would offer to do what he could.

Rudy Sr is survived by his loving wife, Victoria; eldest son Rudy and family, wife Kristi; grandchildren Ryan, Jordan, and Lillie, her husband Andrew; youngest son, Javier, and grandchild Nicholas; Rudy Sr's Sister, Rebecca Holland, her husband Bob Holland, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Rudy Sr will join his heavenly siblings, Roberto and Raquel. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held for family and close friends on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218 followed by a pastoral service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and a graveside service will occur 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM.

A reception will occur Monday, October 23, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218.
