Robert Bryan Test passed away on October 2, 2012. He was 34 years old. He was born in San Antonio on November 29, 1977. He graduated with high honors from Alamo Heights High School in 1996 and The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. Robert earned a law degree from Washington and Lee School of Law in Virginia. He was licensed to practice law in both California and Texas. He worked as an attorney for 4 years in California and then earned a tax law degree from the University of San Diego. In San Antonio, Robert owned 2 Liberty Tax Franchises and lived in Terrell Hills. Robert had a great thirst for knowledge and was an avid reader. He was an accomplished artist and was related to the famous artist, James Whistler. He loved all kinds of music and played the guitar and piano. He really enjoyed the outdoors and pursued hiking, backpacking, running, and tennis. Robert was a gentle person. He was loved dearly by his family and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his parents, Helen and Donald N. Test III, his brother Richard Kenneth Test, his maternal grandparents, Jane and Ralph Reser, and his paternal grandparents, Lydia Test and Charlotte and Donald Test, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Robert is now in the loving hands of God. A family burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Park on Monday, October 8th at 1:00 p.m. and a Memorial Service for friends and family will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 404 North Alamo, San Antonio, TX. Memorial donations can be sent to the charity of your choice.
