Robert J. Ford

Our Beloved Father, Husband, brother and son passed away with his family by his side and is now with his Father in Heaven. Bob, as he was known to all had a booming voice, larger than life personality and presence. He always had a smile on his face and treated everyone like family or old friends. He was overly generous and a truly genuine individual.

Bob was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin and attended Waukesha North High School, The University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh and St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio.

He loved his boys more than anything in this world and spent all his time with them. He loved watching them in all their activities and accomplishments. His second passion was fishing, especially in Canada, where he took a yearly trip with his brother in law, Tom and close friends. He also loved his Green Bay Packers and watching any sport, especially when it involved his sons.

He was involved with the Acts community at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and was a Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed politics and served on the City Council of Castle Hills.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Ford, Wife, Sandra Laurel Ford, sons, Jarvis and Zach Ford, sisters, Kathy Larson, Jackie Pfeifer, Mary Beth Hintz, Peggy Rumping and Patty Starr, brother in laws, Tom Hintz, Charles Starr, Judge Oscar Hale, Robert Pfeifer and Lynn Larson, sister in laws, Kristina Laurel Hale, Lorraine Laurel, Patricia Laurel and his beloved in laws, Fernando and Lorraine Laurel, many nieces and nephews and countless friends.

We will miss him but know he is making everyone laugh in Heaven. "True Pal".
