Rita Rodriguez born on October 30, 1961 was called to be with the Lord on May 31, 2015 at the age of 53. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank S. Rodriguez; brother, Frank M. Rodriguez; former husband, Rick Herrera. She is survived by daughter, Clara H. Perez (Joey); granddaughter, Emily Perez; mother, Jesusa M. Rodriguez; sisters, Ida Rodriguez, Alma Rodriguez, Rachel Andrada (Vincent), Florence Morales (Lupe) and Francis Rodriguez; also, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held at Trevino Funeral home, 226 Cupples Rd. from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 2015 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2015 for a 10:00 a.m. Service at Southside Church of God, 406 Boswell St., San Antonio, TX, 78214, with The Rev.
