Rita Perez, age 52, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013. She was born in Minot, ND on June 25, 1961 to Richard and Barbara Weltz Rivera. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Weltz Rivera. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Perez; sons, Jeremy & Paul; grandchildren, Jayvin, Joshua and Jonathan Perez; father, Richard Rivera and wife Ramona; brothers, Richard, Greg, Steven and Kevin Rivera; sister, Carmen Forrer. The Rosary will be recited on Thusday, October 3, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at Sunset North Funeral Home, 910 North loop 1604 East. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3907 Harry Wurzbach Rd.
