Richard M. Cavazos

Richard M. Cavazos was born October 3, 1959 to Mr. Juan Cavazos and Mrs. Naomi Morin Cavazos. He was a 1978 graduate of Burbank High School. He was a drummer in High school and he continued music for several years. He performed with many bands including Infinity and church groups in the 1980’s. He worked as a sheet metal technician at Kelly Air Force Base in building 375 until its closure. He continued with City of SA, & Home Depot. He later cared for his elderly parents and his beloved pets. He was preceded in death by his father Juan Cavazos and survived by his mother Naomi Cavazos, his sisters, Lillian (Gilbert) Morales, Esther (Gilbert) Cassiano, brothers John (Ann) Cavazos, David Cavazos, several nieces, a nephew, Grt. nieces and nephews.

Viewing will begin Tuesday 7/18 at 5:00 with a Rosary at 7:00. Funeral mass on Wednesday 10:00a.m. at St. Henry's Catholic Church followed by burial at San Fernando II.
